What is POB? It is usually a special gift or poster you can receive with an album during the pre-order or first production.

• If you want an extra packaging, check out a box together with your purchasing item.
• If the item includes an outside poster, check out a poster tube so your poster will be rolled.
• Shipping of order typically processed within 1-2 business days. For high volume orders, it can take between 4-5 business days of processing.
• We are not liable for loss, damage, or delay done by the local courier.
• First press or pre order benefits can be only guarantee if you placed an order on or before pre order date.
• Incomplete inclusions or manufacturing defect of an item cannot be a reason for return, refund and exchange.
