Modification to the Service and Prices

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service without notice at any time

Changes to existing orders

If you would like to make any changes on shipping address, contact info, version etc to an existing order that has not been fulfilled or shipped, please email info@poppeshop.com with your First and Last name, Order number and Details of Edit Request.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order that has not been fulfilled, you can request to do so by sending an email.

Product

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, region or jurisdiction. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or Services that we offer.

Late Payment Fee/Balance

We do not give payment extensions or accept down payments. A fifty pesos late payment fee will be assessed on invoices which are past due as of the deadline of payment.

Replacing Slots/Buyer

We will not accommodate the replacing buyer. We will only entertain the one who placed the order with us on changing details under their registered email address on the website.

Unshipped Orders

If you did not receive any parcel after the tracking number was sent, please follow up as soon as possible. We will not entertain your parcel inquiry if you make a follow-up for over one week after we shipped your item.

Payment Form

Submitting a payment form is required to process your order if there's no payment form sent on the deadline of payment your order will automatically cancel.

No Combined Shipment

If you want to place an order that includes one or more items that are in pre-order which have the same release dates, combined shipping is not allowed for us to avoid confusion and also to deliver on time respectively.

Photocard Pooling

Pooling is unsealing yung albums and allows us to distribute the photocards to a payment basis. Joining a pooling means risking your item that any damages, scratches might happen during the pooling process. No photocard duplicates will be given unless it's the only option.

Shipping

Once a product is released in Korea, if there are no unexpected delays it takes about 3-6 weeks for it to arrive at our address in the Philippines. Upon arrival, order processing will begin. Orders are typically processed within 2-7 days for normal volume of orders. For some group orders, it may take weeks for processing due to the sheer volume of orders placed related to a particular release. For the local shipping, a minimum of five hundred pesos will be declared on the parcel.

Out of Stock

In case of out of stock. You have three options:

1. Refund

We recommend refunds using gcash. A transaction fee in the remittance center or bank will be deducted from your total payment.

2. Wait for the restock

Shipping Fee

Shipping fee for all items is still subject to change depending on the item or total order. Additional shipping fees may be asked depending on the weight and dimension of the actual package.

Unclaimed parcel

Parcel that has been stock or unclaimed for 3 months up to years will result for abandoned purchased item and buyer cannot request a refund for the paid item

Spam Policy

You are strictly prohibited from using the Website or any of our Services for illegal spam activities, including gathering email addresses and personal information from others or sending any mass commercial emails.
