Refund and Return
This policy applies to Online Orders.
For details on our refund deadlines and policies, please refer to the information below. Please note that our policies differ between products and that payment options may vary from one Service to another.
WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS UNDER THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES
- You just change your mind
- You want to cancel your paid order
- You've decided our product is "Not what I need"
- The product does not meet your requirement
- You've found a different substitute for the product
- You need the money for emergency
- You received a damaged product by local courier
- You received a manufacturer defect
- You can't pay your remaining balance
If failed to fill-out the payment form before or on deadline of payment, resulting in the cancellation of your order/s - we'll instruct you to complete the form to restore your order but not to process a refund.
Outboxes are designed to protect products from impact, so fine scratches, scratches, discoloration, etc. may occur during packaging/delivery, which cannot be a reason for exchange.
There may be some scratches on the product due to the manufacturing process. This is a natural phenomenon that occurs during production and is not a defective product, so exchanges/returns are not possible.
AN UNBOXING VIDEO IS STANDARD PROTOCOL FOR ANY OF OUR MERCHANDISE INQUIRIES. PLEASE REMEMBER TO FILM A FULL, UNEDITED UNBOXING VIDEO FROM BEGINNING TO END TO ENSURE YOU HAVE VIDEO PROOF OF ANY POTENTIAL ISSUES. YOU MUST CHECK THAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED ALL THE CORRECT ITEM, VERSION, INVOICE BEFORE UNWRAPPING THE PRODUCT. IF A PRODUCT IS VISIBLE DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT ON ITS EXTERIOR. PLEASE DO NOT UNWRAP THE PRODUCTS.
For incorrect or incomplete items, our team will review the details once you are approved for a return or exchange, we will issue immediate assistance in the form of: ship back the incorrect item, refund of incomplete item, ship out replacement, whichever solution fits the reason for return or exchange. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
We are not liable for any damaged items done by a local and international courier, Manufacturing defect/s of sealed items, acts of God, acts of civil authorities, acts of military authorities, riots, embargoes, acts of nature, and natural disasters, and other acts which may be due to unforeseen circumstances, i.e., COVID-19!
The outer case is just for protecting goods. (scratches and discoloration on the case cannot be the reason for exchanging or returning)
Contact our business email at firstname.lastname@example.org for damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items with the following info within 7 days of when the shipment was marked as delivered by the courier: Order number, Explanation of Issue and Unboxing Video and Preference of Resolution (refund, exchange, replacement of missing items)
Poppe Shop will not be held liable or responsible for any additional charges that may apply, and will not be responsible for abandoned packages that are not delivered because of mis-delivery errors via courier, incorrect shipping info, stolen packages, losses, product or shipping refunds. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with the courier for damaged and/or lost shipments. It is a customer’s responsibility to cover the shipping costs if/when the customer wishes to have a second delivery attempt after the product is returned to Poppe Shop.

We reserve the right to alter this Refund Policy at any time. Such alterations will be posted on our website.
